ART

  • MY BACKGROUND

Wioletta is a mixed media visual artist based in New Jersey. Born and raised in Poland, at age 14, Wioletta came to the United States with the intention to start a new life, learn English, and finish a good school. She graduated from the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Architecture.

Her Architectural background influence her understanding of space, form, and structure, allowing her to approach her art with a unique architectural lens and create pieces that evoke thought and inspire connection. In her pieces, you might find a blend of traditional Polish motifs with contemporary themes, showcasing her journey and the fusion of her past and present.

Each artwork she create is a reflection of her emotions and dreams. Wioletta believe art has the power to connect us, and she strive to build bridges through her work. She continuously seek to push the boundaries of her creativity.

Wioletta's artistic journey began as a child, sketching the stories in her imagination, and has blossomed into a passion for creating pieces that challenge perceptions and evoke emotions. Wioletta specialize in 3D art and mixed media techniques that invite viewers to see beyond the flat surface.

When she is not in the studio you can find her at the gym or exploring galleries, hiking for inspiration, or experimenting with new techniques.

I invite you to join her on this artistic journey and share your thoughts on her work!

  • MY INSPIRATION

Emotions inspire me to create. That means all of them: frustration, disappointment, sadness, joy, love and hope. In this moments one thing I always do is 'visualize' the final painting based on my mood. I close my eyes and run through the task in my mind picturing myself painting each stage. I can often detect if the plan will work or if I need to re-think the concept and come back to It in a few days or even months. I never rush the process, because I treat each project like a maser piece.

  • MY MEDIUM

I like to use many different mediums. I love to be creative with my artwork. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process.
